I'm a proud North Carolina native who can most likely be found planning my next trip, sending (way too long) voice memos to clients, practicing Italian on Duolingo, or watching the Oddly Satisfying Snapchat story (the rug cleaning vids are the best).
In 2021, I married Parker — my equal in stubbornness, love of adventure, and passion for great food. In 2022, we moved to the Florida panhandle with our labradoodle puppy, Bernadette "Bern" Brown, and have been enjoying the Gulf Coast’s ✨magical✨ vibe ever since.

Writing comes more naturally to me than just about anything. That’s ultimately why I do what I do! I’m a firm believer that we are all blessed with God-given abilities, which we should use to bless others however we can.
I found my voice in writing. It brings me so much joy to inspire blog readers and help small business owners find their brand voice through this medium. It’s a feeling of empowerment I get to pass on to my clients!
The Heart behind the business
I graduated from NC State University in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing (Go Pack!) and am also a certified makeup artist.
After graduation, I worked in multiple marketing agency settings, doing email marketing and account management, before going full-time freelance in April 2022, when I first launched my blog.
My backstory:
I have traveled the world once over (17 countries and counting) but will never fulfill my wanderlust.

My current fave recipe is Thai green curry ramen. Yum!
